The Skype sessions are an amazing improvement over the old-style phone sessions without the visual image of the person.  I always felt a little resistance and less excited than I might have been when looking forward to a voice only session with Dale.  I always felt the physical distance between us during these sessions. But  I am a very visual person and it has made a radical difference to me to be able to see and be seen by Dale as we work.

Adding Skype video sessions to my Heartwork practice has allowed me to reach new levels within myself.  Phone sessions, although they are wonderful, leave out a BIG part of the picture.  The visual experience has allowed the space that I enter into while in session to feel more sacred and clean.  I am able to see the eyes of my teacher and hear with more than my ears.  Skype allows Dale to be here with me in Alabama each week.  I recommend this form of interaction with all who are not local to Rochester, the wholeness of the experience is yours to feel, with the simple purchase of a webcam. - Michele Baldwin
