Payment Policies

Registration

Registration is limited, and participants are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. To hold a place in a workshop, a 50% deposit is required. If we cancel the event or determine that it is not appropriate for you, your deposit will be refunded in full. If you cancel prior to the early registration date, we will refund your deposit, less a $50 administrative fee. If you cancel after the early registration deadline, your deposit is non-refundable.

Payment methods

Visa and MasterCard are accepted, as well as checks and cash. You may call Annette Barron at 585-392-7939 to pay for a workshop via Visa or MasterCard. Checks should be mailed to: Heartwork Institute, 882 Titus Avenue, Rochester, NY 14617.

Insurance coverage

Third party coverage is available for workshops if your insurance company covers group pyschotherapy. It is the responsibility of the participant to verify coverage with their insurance company and to file the claim. Payment in full is required and a receipt will be provided after the workshop.
